Daniel Prokop — AI Management & Compliance

I work on change management and AI transformation projects with SAVI Development. Before that, I led multi-site teams at COMCAVE and TERTIA, combining operational responsibility with process improvement, stakeholder management, team development, and coaching.

My current focus brings that management background into AI: use-case analysis, automation, AI project management, governance, compliance, and secure implementation. I aim to make AI useful in day-to-day operations while keeping people, risk, and accountability in view.
